Everything sold here is a digital file. The moment your payment clears, the download is issued and the file is yours — there is nothing to send back. So purchases are not refundable because you changed your mind. Here is what we do instead.
If the file does not work
Tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back in full. That stands for 14 days from the date you bought it, and it covers a file that will not open, a file that arrives corrupt, and an app that does not do what this site says it does.
Write to contact@daybound.store with your order number, the browser you are using, and what happened. A screenshot helps. We reply within two working days.
If you bought the wrong one
Get in touch before you download it and we will swap it or refund it. Once a file has been downloaded we can no longer treat it as unused, so it is worth reading the product page first — each one lists what the app does, and a section on what it deliberately does not do.
Paid twice
Refunded in full, always, as soon as you tell us.
Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your agreement. By completing checkout you are asking for the file straight away and accepting that the withdrawal right ends when the download starts. This does not touch your statutory rights over a faulty or misdescribed product, which are covered above.
How a refund is paid
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record for the sale. An approved refund goes back through them to the card or account you paid with, and usually lands within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
